Our long awaited Annual General Meeting was held on 27 July, the venue being the Town and Country Tavern, Wangaratta. After a nice meal at the Tavern, our President, Cecily Fletcher, opened the meeting and welcomed attendees. The Club has booked the Threbo YHA for six nights, commencing on Sunday 31st March, to Saturday, 6th April. We have booked the entire facility, and there are a number of accommodation options, ranging from twin en-suite rooms, to dormitory style with either three or two beds (we are not planning to use the top…

High flows in the Ovens River prevented the scheduled walk along the Ovens at Peechelba, so Karen organised an alternative trip into our special Warby Ranges. Mount Beauty weekend : Friday 24th to Sunday 26th November

Thirty two members signed up for this superbly organised Mt Beauty weekend. On Saturday, about 9kms were covered by everyone, on a section of the Kiewa Hydro Scheme.
