Mount Beauty Weekend of Walks, November 2016 Walkers are encouraged to stay at Mount Beauty on the night of Friday November 4 as the Saturday walks leave from Mount Beauty Information Centre at 9.00am Saturday 15nd.,

Sat Nov. 5 and Sun. Nov. 6, 2016 – all new walks for the club to experience.

Sunday November 6 – walkers choose from any of the following walks. Walkers could combine walk 1 and 2 below, or 3 and 6, or 3 and 4, or any of 1 to 6 by themselves.

All Sunday walks to finish at a designated time for Tea/Coffee in Mount Beauty Gardens (near the post office/swimming pool.)

Accommodation at this caravan park in a cottage, cabins, onsite vans, powered sites or unpowered sites. All the rates seem quite reasonable. Walkers must book their own accommodation and provide for their own meals.

Or walkers could stay in nearby motels if they so desire.

Walkers are encouraged to stay here for two nights to make the Saturday start at 9.00am from Mount Beauty much easier, unless you want to leave Wangaratta at 7.00am on the Saturday morning.

Saturday night dinner – there is a BBQ facility right beside the Kiewa River in the Caravan Park. Walkers are encouraged to attend this event beside the Kiewa River. There is also an inside lounge area nearby if it is inclement.
